IFSYS-North America manufactures and sells Automatic Parts Feeding Systems (Stepfeeder,Vibroliner,automation equipment, parts feeders & more) which are custom designed machines and sometimes embedded within assembly lines. Parts, such as fittings, bolts, contacts, stamped parts, cast iron, formed parts, springs, sheet metal parts, even simple washers, are randomly placed into a hopper to be oriented. After orientation, parts may exit the system in a variety of ways: an open exit, placement into an escapement, blow/stitch feeding through flexible tubes, placement into channels, presentation to pick-and-place robots, or by other customer specified methods.
